Nature-based activity days for family participation
Wednesday 16th April 2008, 1030am-2pm. FULLY

‘Garden Safari’ for 7-11 year olds
Find out about carnivorous plants, cacti and some of the other 5000
plant species growing here from around the world. Then search the
Garden for creatures - taking a closer look at them using microscopes
and magnifying glasses. Plant your own seed to take away with you.

‘Creepy Crawling' for 5-10 year olds.
Discover something of the diverse world of animals with Vic Taylor
from MYNEWT ENTERPRISES who will bring his wonderful collection of
creatures including a hissing cockroach, giant millipede, corn snake
and a tree frog.
LUNCH: 12.00-12.45 (for the 16th). Please bring a packed
lunch and an adult
COST: £5 per person, per session (including
adults)
