Booking an Event

We suggest that you call us to discuss a site visit, to check availability and to make a provisional booking. Upon making a provisional booking your date will be reserved for two weeks. If you fail to make contact we will remove your provisional booking.
Your date is confirmed once we receive your completed Booking Form and non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee. You will be invoiced for the remainder of the fee two months before your event.

If making a booking within two months of your event date, the full fee would need to be paid immediately. Appointments to view our facilities are available from 9.15am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (apart from on Bank Holidays) with the Chelsea Physic Garden Events Manager, telephone 020 7349 6450 or email events@chelseaphysicgarden.co.uk
