Catering
Approved Caterers
Our approved list of caterers offers you a range of choices both
in terms of food and budget and they can also help you theme your
event. For price quotations and sample menus, you should contact the
catering companies direct.
We are unable to recommend a particular caterer or advise about potential
cost. For price quotations and sample menus, you should contact the
catering companies directly.
Please note that the cutlery, crockery, table linen and staff to
service your event are not provided by the Garden and are normally
arranged through your chosen caterer. Caterers cook off-site or calor
gas cooking can be done outside on gravel areas.
Caterers’ access to the premises
April-Oct: Nov-Mar:
Mondays & Tuesdays: 16.00 - 22.00 Mondays to Thursdays: 16.00
- 22.00
Wednesdays to Fridays & Sundays: 17.30 - 22.00 Fridays to Sundays:
10.00 - 22.00
Saturdays: 10.00 - 22.00.
Vacating the premises
Clearing away after an evening reception by the caterers must be finished
by 22.00. If it is not finished by this time, caterers must return
the following morning from 09.00 (or 08.00 if arranged with the Head
of Marketing prior to the Event). All morning access to the Garden
whether on the day or the day after an Event must be cleared with
the Head of Marketing. Please note that the cutlery, crockery, table
linen and staff to service your event are not provided by the Garden
and are normally arranged through your chosen caterer. Caterers cook
off-site and can reheat on-site in the Reception Room using brought-in
industrial ovens and microwaves, but not electric rings. Cooking can
be done outside on gravel areas provided a catering tent is hired
from Claremont Marquees.
