Tangerine Dream Café

Our licensed café, serves a range of fresh homemade food including light lunches, and arguably the best afternoon tea in London.

There are plenty of tables outside where it is possible to enjoy your food on the terrace or you may eat inside.

All our food is freshly prepared on site and served buffet style by a dedicated team. If you have a group of more than 15 people and would like refreshments or you would like to make special catering arrangements, please call 020 7352 5646 ext 221.
 Unfortunately the cafe is not able to take credit cards.

Late Wednesday Openings of the Garden & Café, to coincide with our lecture series: 30th June to 1st September, midday-10pm with last admission at 8.30pm.
  • The Shop will close at 6pm on these evenings.
  • Special menu offer at the Café from 6.30pm on these evenings: £23 for three courses (excluding drinks & service)

All our food is freshly prepared on site and served buffet style by a dedicated team. If you are a Friend of the Garden, or you are a group of 8 or more, you may reserve seats at the Café by calling 020 7349 6464. Unfortunately the cafe is not able to take payment by credit or debit card.

Sample dishes include:

Savoury
Rare roasted Aberdeen Angus beef, golden and purple beets with fresh horseradish and seasonal greens.

3 Crostini of buffalo mozarella and tapenade, smashed broad bean with pea and mint and proscuitto with artichoke.

Wild smoked salmon with capers, lime onions and basil mayonnaise.

Sundried tomato, goats cheese and gruyere tart served with rocket and roasted cherry tomatos.
