Enter the walls of London’s ancient healing garden for a special Saturday opening and enjoy a morning of yoga and sound in a beautiful setting.

The session will start outdoors (weather permitting) with a Yoga practice inspired by Spring. A practice from “seed” (child’s pose) to “tree” (tree pose) and back down to the earth for a long rest, re-nourish and journey into Sound. 

Experience sound as a meditative tool (which has roots tracing back to ancient times). Sound waves vibrate and resonate through our whole being, our bones, our cells, our brain waves and systems; once the sympathetic nervous system is calmed and flows into a parasympathetic state, no longer caught up in mind chatter and hypervigilance, our imaginative, creative, and intuitive capacities have space to surface and unravel.

Gathering together and collectively experiencing Yoga and sound is an accessible and universal, ancient, present, and powerful practice.

Experience this ancient and scientific practice in our historical gardens, come with an open mind, just as you are, all welcome.

Herbal teas inspired by our garden will also be warmly offered.

Please bring a mat with you for this workshop. 

We recommend bringing a jumper or something warm, just in case it gets chilly. All levels are welcome.

We hope this workshop will take place outdoors but in the event of bad weather, it will take place indoors in our Gallery space. Unfortunately, this space is not wheelchair accessible and has a 22-step staircase with a handrail.
