Berry Drinks Workshop With Kirsten Hartvig
Sunday 10th June 2018, 10am-4.30pm

In this workshop, we will study a range of common and uncommon berries, including some which are normally thought of as vegetables and others that are not actually berries in the formal botanical sense.

You will learn to use them to make cough mixtures and tinctures, smoothies and shakes, punches and sparkles, and juices and cordials, and will discover how to make delicious drinks that you can use as both health food and medicine.

A hands-on approach will make it easier to use the knowledge you gain in your daily life, and detailed handouts with recipes and individual berry profiles are provided.
These humble and easily accessible foods have powerful and universal health benefits. No wonder they are one of the most common foods on the planet, eaten by almost every species, as well as by people of every dietary persuasion.
Ticket price of £108 includes garden entry, lunch, tea/coffee, and cake.
