Mother's Day Wreath Making with Stem Wilder

Digital Event

Join stems wilder for an online workshop and learn how to make a signature, dried flower mini wreath. The workshop will take place shortly before Mother’s Day, and there is nothing better than a handmade gift! The completed wreath can be posted to a special person using the same postage box that it arrives in.

Starting with flower conditioning, you will be shown step by step how to use floristry techniques to plan and arrange your wreath. The flowers you will receive will be light and cheerful in colour (similar to these in the picture). The wreath will be finished off with a botanically dyed silk ribbon for a luxury touch.

All materials will arrive in the post ahead of time, all you will need is some sharp scissors. Feel free to BYOB too!

Booking information:

Ticket price (including wreath making kit and workshop): £28 (limited spaces available)

Please note this is a remote digital workshop and will require you to use the video conferencing system "Zoom". When you have purchased your ticket, you will be sent a confirmation email.

A link to the Zoom meeting will be emailed to you a day before the workshop, and a reminder on the day of the event.

There is no option to attend in person.

About Stems Wilder:

STEMS WILDER is an ecologically influenced florist, deeply attracted to the natural world. Gone are non-biodegradable plastic wrappings and foam blocks. Fresh cut-stem and dry flower designs are consciously arranged to show off the natural beauty of our planet's flora.

The humble Brixton Village studio brings the local area up to date with the latest floristry trends, delivering unconventional flower types and colour combinations. In-store you’ll find ridiculously beautiful vases, ceramics, greeting cards, candles, flower presses, and prints created by (mostly female!) independent makers.

Local growers and seasonal flowers help keep my carbon footprint down and extend the vase life of the arrangements.
