Thursday, 28th March at 7pm

The foundation for your health journey starts on your plate and it’s more powerful than any pill I can prescribe.

Join us and Dr Rupy Aujla – practising NHS GP and author – for a fascinating, fun talk on the principles of healthy living, incorporating vibrant recipes that are easy, inexpensive and underpinned by science.

Those who stay for supper are in for a treat, as The Physic Garden Café will be serving rich Butternut Massaman Curry, packed with pro-vitamin A and vital phytonutrients, using Dr Rupy's recipe from his first book 'The Doctor's Kitchen'.

Copies of Dr Rupy's new book 'The Doctor's Kitchen: Eat to beat illness', published on 21st March, will be on sale in our shop.

Click here for more information on Dr Rupy's work.

During the year, we will be exploring the theme 'Food is Medicine' through workshops, family activities, supper talks and more. To stay informed, sign up to our mailing list or become a Friend of the Garden.

We are now booked up for supper, but there are still a limited number of £17 tickets available to just attend the talk.

Please note, there is no lift to the Gallery where the talk will be held.

Sorry, this event is now sold out.
