SOLD OUT Culinary Herbs & The Microbiome Course

Sunday 12 November 2023, 11:30am - 2:30pm.
£45

In this talk & workshop to rediscover our traditional culinary herbs and how they can enhance our microbiome. Some of our best loved kitchen herbs were once our most effective medicines, and modern research is proving why. Our microbiome is the seat of our ‘second brain’ (the Enteric Nervous System), and how herbs interact with this can have profound effects on our mental and physical well-being.

The easiest way to incorporate their goodness is through food, and Maya will be demonstrating recipes on how to easily utilise herbs every day in our diet for good gut health.

Not only will we delve into the history and usage of these plants, but we’ll show you how best to utilise them both in the kitchen and the garden.
