Kimchi and Sauerkraut Making Workshop
As autumn draws in, join Clare Heal, aka Sauerpuss, for a hands-on workshop exploring the science and practice of fermentation.
You’ll make your own sauerkraut and kimchi, taking home a jar of each alongside recipes and an information sheet. More importantly, you’ll leave with the knowledge and confidence to continue fermenting at home, harnessing the power of microbes to preserve seasonal produce, reduce food waste and support gut health.
Previous participants have described Clare’s workshops as:
“An unforgettable experience that beautifully blended hands-on learning, community and incredible food… one of the most enjoyable and enriching food courses I’ve ever attended.”
