Writing & Yoga Workshop with Alice Vincent and Erin Taylor

Saturday 8 June 2024, 9am-11am
£40

Join us at Chelsea Physic Garden for this special Writing and Yoga workshop where you will find the space to move and savour at the intersection of writing and yoga delivered by Savour Sessions and Balance Practice a meaningful new collaboration from yoga coach and writer Erin Taylor and author Alice Vincent (Why Women Grow). This accessible event is open to those looking to slow down, breathe deeply and pay attention to create space and gain understanding.

Closed to the public, you will have the Garden to yourself on a Saturday morning. The event will consist of two parts: a gentle and inspiring movement class from Erin, followed by a short creative guidance and writing workshop from Alice. This session has been created with the intention of finding balance and creativity ahead of the expanse and energy of summer, to explore how we can use yoga as a creative beginning to our writing, and writing as a means of harnessing our attention.

If the weather is good, we’ll practice outdoors, in either case there will be time to explore the beautiful Chelsea Physic Garden afterwards.

Please bring your own yoga mat and journal.

Tea and coffee will be provided.

Please note this event will be photographed for use on Alice and Erin’s platforms.
