We’re very excited to welcome author and photographer Jade Murray for a Talk on her 2022 book, ‘The Indoor Garden Get Started No Matter How Small’.
Jade will also speak about the growing season, summer plant care, house plant styling, pests during warmer months, repotting, and how to maximise your indoor space when displaying plants.
A Q&A will follow with the audience and book copies of The Indoor Garden Get Started No Matter How Small will be available for sale and signing.
This talk is part of our Chelsea Physic Garden’s 350 anniversary year.

The Speaker
Jade Murray
Having studied Art & Design and Photography at William Morris Academy, Jade Murray began nurturing her creative flair by starting her own indoor garden. In 2021 she entered the Royal Horticulture Society (RHS) ‘My Chelsea Garden’ virtual competition (in partnership with BBC’s The One Show) and was awarded the Judges’ Gold Medal. This inspired Jade to create Plant Avenue W10 and share her advice and enthusiasm through her book ‘The Indoor Garden’. You can follow Jade on Instagram @plantavenuew10 for plant care tips and inspiration. Jade lives in Queen’s Park, London with her three children- who find plants as rewarding as she does.
