Save Me I’m Wild

When you hold a pressed flower against the light and see the perfectly formed detail, you realise how wonderful nature is. The delicate filigree of a flower’s skeletal structure only revealed after pressing has made it translucent, then photographed with light from behind. I try to show the intricate designs that already exist but not normally seen in a plant’s flower and leaves, in the hope that this may help motivate concern for the loss of wild plant biodiversity. Signed prints and handmade cards.
