Summer Festival | Celebrating 350 years
Chelsea Physic Garden is celebrating their 350 year anniversary with a summer festival of music, food, wellbeing and family fun! Join in the fun by enjoying live music on the lawn, dine under the stars, or bring the whole family for plant workshops or immersive family theatre - the story of Alice in Wonderland!
During the day, explore the collection of over 4,500 plants, have lunch in The Physic Garden Café, go on a tour with one of our Volunteer Guides or just simply spend some time in nature. Visit after hours and enjoy live music, exclusive dining events and join us for one of our special late openings.
Lawn Sessions
Enjoy live music on the lawn . From folk to jazz, bring a blanket and enjoy golden hour.
Late Openings
Visit after normal hours and experience the Garden at dusk. Every Wednesday in August!
Wellness events
A range of events including yoga, meditation, sound baths and wellness workshops.
Supper Clubs
A unique dining experience under the stars. The Physic Garden Café will be hosting guest chefs for themed evenings of sit down dining.
Family Events
Fun for all the family this summer with family activities and immersive family theatre. Join us for botanical soap-making, plant pot designing, seed collecting our very popular chocolate workshops!

Late openings:
Visit Chelsea Physic Garden after hours every Wednesday in August. Explore the Garden’s collection of over 4,500 edible, useful and medicinal plants, pick up a drink from The Physic Garden Café or take a seat on a bench and just listen the evening birdsong.
