Herbs to Chase the Winter Away

Sunday 25 January 2026, 2pm-4pm
£40

Winter can sometimes dim our sense of brightness, but nature offers many ways to restore warmth and ease. Join us in the historic herbal surroundings of Chelsea Physic Garden to explore the herbs and foods that can bring a little more sunshine into the coldest months.

Learn how plants such as lemon balm, St John’s wort, holy basil, and motherwort can support mood, immunity, and overall wellbeing, and discover simple ways to use them in food and everyday remedies. Leave with practical knowledge, a remedy and other resources, to help you stay buoyant and nourished throughout the winter season.

You ticket also includes entry to the Garden for the day, should you wish to arrive earlier to visit the Physic Garden Cafe or warm up in our tropical glasshouses!
