In Summer 2026, Chelsea Physic Garden is trialling a pilot scheme for young people aged 19 – 25. Young Community Gardeners will take part in practical gardening in the Community Garden with a focus on supporting biodiversity and sustainability. Chelsea Physic Garden’s Young Producers was made of 10 people, aged 16-24, who represented a broad range of young people living, studying or working in London. The Young Producers collaborated with Garden staff to deliver creative youth-led outputs that are attractive for younger audiences.
