Flourishing Connections: Personalised Collaged Bouquet Workshop

What is a better gift than something that’s not just beautiful, but truly meaningful? In this creative workshop, participants will get to experiment with paper cutting, drawing and collage to create a personalised paper bouquet inspired by our folklore trail Nature’s Prescription for Joy, which explores how the theme of love is symbolised by a variety plants from dierent continents. You will leave with a handcrafted bouquet that you can then gift to your loved ones, or even to yourself! 

 

 

12pm – 1pm –  Explore the Garden and ‘Nature’s Prescription for Joy’ trail to harvest plant stories from the Garden 

1pm – 2.30pm – Collage Bouquet Workshop in the classroom 

 Bios: 

Costanza Thom (aka pephsalt) is an illustrator and paper artist based in London who mostly works with collage and pencil drawing. Combining bright and colourful palettes and organic compositions, their work finds analogue ways to depict nature and food. 

 Olivia Leung (artist name Jupiter Green) is a London-based artist & illustrator. Inspired by nature and music, her practice centres around creating narrative-driven designs blending traditional analogue techniques with modern approaches. By exploring emotional resonance and storytelling through form, colour, and symbolism, they are passionate about creating artwork that connects with wider communities and cultural narratives.
