Floral Remedies Making

Saturday 2 May 2026, 2pm-4pm
£40

Set within London’s oldest botanical garden, a place of plant healing for centuries, this experiential workshop explores the alchemy and use of flowers as subtle plant remedies.

Participants will learn the history and traditional methods behind these preparations and how flower essences have long been used to support emotional balance and wellbeing.

Through guided discussion and hands-on making, the session offers practical ways to connect with this gentle form of plant medicine, alongside tips for incorporating flower essences into a range of everyday preparations. The workshop also introduces how to select essences suited to you, as well as for pets and family members.

Participants will create their own flower essence blend during the session, designed for space clearing and protection.
