Living Medicine: Whole Course

Sunday 1 March - Sunday 1 November 2026
£630

Join us in 2026 for the return of the award winning Living Medicine course, a comprehensive series exploring the power of healing plants and self-care. Taking place in the historic Chelsea Physic Garden, where medicinal plants have been growing and studied for over 350 years.

Led by medical herbalist and author Alex Laird, each session will combine practical knowledge with hands-on experience, including plant identification, remedy-making, and discussions on how plants can support your health. Over five Sundays, experience the Physic Garden in every season from March to November where you will delve into key themes that will help you care for yourself using foods and herbs.

Throughout the course, you will engage directly with the plants themselves in the very garden where herbal medicine has been studied for centuries. This is a unique chance to deepen your understanding of health through nature in a setting that has nurtured healing knowledge for over three centuries.

Ticket Information:

Secure your spot for the entire course and enjoy a 10% discount (£630 instead of £700). The fee includes entry to the Garden, lunch in the Physic Garden restaurant, handouts and herbal remedies to take home.
