For children aged 8 to 12

Join entomologist and nature guide Connor Butler for a fascinating exploration of the insect life hidden all around Chelsea Physic Garden.

Using sweep nets and magnifying lenses, you’ll learn how to search for insects among the plants, spot their hiding places, and identify different species up close. From buzzing pollinators to camouflaged crawlers, discover the extraordinary miniature worlds that help keep the Garden alive and thriving.

This hands-on workshop is perfect for curious young explorers who want to learn more about the creatures that live beneath our feet and above our heads.
