Our Changing World

Description:

Students will be introduced to how our world is changing through climate change. They will learn about the difference between climate and weather and the role of greenhouse gases. Students will understand how a changing climate can impact plants and animals and make it difficult for them to survive.

They will explore the Garden and discover the many different climates and plants in the garden. In the Garden, students will learn about natural fibres and what it means to be sustainable. Together as a group, students will come up with ways they can make a positive difference in slowing down climate change.
